Sparkling Holy Water

I create these objects as mobile anxiety devices. Their purpose are objects function as both performative and ritual devices. They occupy a liminal position between spiritual practice, bodily protection, healing, and contemporary forms of self-care. Existing within the conceptual framework of the Void space that recurs throughout my practice, they operate as talismanic protectors: part devotional object, part therapeutic tool, and part speculative form of witchcraft. Each bottle contains 1 Litre of mineralHoly Water blessed at source from the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes and cabintaed to create a blessed Holy object.
